Malibu Boats
New Consumer Website
Arjun was the lead technical resource on the launch of the new Malibu Boats and Axis Wake consumer websites and build-a-boat user experience. As a part of the project, Arjun defined the strategy for the cloud architecture, implemented DevOps pipelines, facilitated communications between all teams as a project manager, and supported implementation through peer review and coding/development.
Acquisitions and Greenfield Projects
During his tenure at Malibu Boats Inc., Arjun was a key contributor for 5 of the 6 acquisitions and green field efforts completed by the company.
Production Utilities
Arjun developed a series of applications through collaboration with business users that increased the production capacity enabled a production increase from 16 boats produced per day to 24 boats produced a day during his tenure with Malibu Boats Inc.
Examples include:
- CNC Router App - This application updated the CNC Operator flow enabling them to decrease program prep times from 3 minutes per job to 10 seconds per job through the use of barcodes.
- Warehouse Applications - Two applications were developed in order to more efficiently produce picking documents and track issues with completed warehouse picks. This information was used to correct data at the source, update procedure, decrease delivery times, and speed up takt times.
